Terms & Conditions – Photography Contest
Eligibility
- Open to individuals aged 18 or older.
- Photos must be original and owned by the participant.
Submission Rules
- Multiple entries allowed per participant.
- Each photo must have a unique title and comply with the contest theme (if any).
- Images should be in JPG/PNG format, not exceeding 10MB per file.
Payment & Drafts
- A submission fee is required for each photo to be officially entered into the contest.
- Unpaid submissions will remain in your Drafts and will not be reviewed or judged.
- Draft submissions can be completed by paying before the contest deadline.
- All payments are final and non-refundable.
Deadlines
- All submissions and payments must be completed before the posted deadline.
- Late payments will not be accepted.
Judging & Prizes
- Judging will be based on creativity, composition, originality, and relevance.
- Winners will be announced on the specified date.
- Prizes are non-transferable and subject to availability.
Usage Rights
- By submitting, you grant the contest organizers the right to display your photos (with credit) for promotional purposes.
- Ownership of your work remains with you.
Disqualification
- Entries may be disqualified for plagiarism, offensive content, or non-compliance with the rules.
